Is it necessary to book in advance?

When is the Flame of Remembrance Ceremony ?
Every evening at 6:30 PM, members of the Comité de la Flamme (Flame Committee) and veterans rekindle the eternal flame on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in a solemn tribute.

What is the best time to visit?
The best time to visit the Arc de Triomphe is early in the morning around 10–11 AM when it’s quieter and more pleasant.
