The Arc de Triomphe is open from tuesday to monday :

During your visit, you’ll see impressive sculptures, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier with its eternal flame, and a small exhibition about the monument’s history. The highlight is the rooftop, offering a stunning 360° view of Paris. For the best experience, visit just before sunset.
What is the best time to visit?
The best time to visit the Arc de Triomphe is early in the morning around 10–11 AM when it’s quieter and more pleasant.
When is the Flame of Remembrance Ceremony ?
Every evening at 6:30 PM, members of the Comité de la Flamme (Flame Committee) and veterans rekindle the eternal flame on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in a solemn tribute.
